Spiritual Leadership in the Church
The Bible provides guidance on spiritual leadership in the church, emphasizing the importance of humility, wisdom, and faithfulness. In Matthew 28:18-20, Jesus commissions his disciples to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe all that he has commanded.

Leaders are to persevere, knowing that their labor is not in vain, and that they will receive a crown of righteousness from the Lord, the righteous judge.

A spiritual leader is to be above reproach, held accountable for the care of those entrusted to them (1 Timothy 3:1-7).
