**Finding True Meaning in Easter Amidst the Chaos**

As I rushed through the grocery store, juggling my shopping list and trying to remember everything I needed for the Easter celebration, I couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed. The pressure to create a perfect holiday for my family was weighing me down, and I found myself wondering if I was forgetting the true meaning of Easter in the process.

But then I stopped in my tracks, recalling the wise words of 1 Corinthians 11:26: “Do this in remembrance of me. For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.” In that moment, I realized that God wasn’t just a distant observer, but an active participant in my busy life.

He knows us better than we know ourselves, and that’s why He invites us to regularly remember Him through Communion. It’s a powerful reminder of the truth that Jesus’ death and resurrection bring to our daily lives. As I stood there in the grocery store, I proclaimed out loud:

• I am forgiven, and I thank You, Lord, for Your mercy and grace.
• I am loved, unconditionally and without reservation.
• I am cleansed, and my past is behind me.
• I am empowered by Your grace, and I have everything I need to face each new day.

As I spoke those words, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. I remembered that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is the same power that works in my life when I believe and proclaim these truths.

This Easter, I invite you to join me at the Communion table, where we can celebrate the forgiveness, love, and wholeness that Jesus offers us. Let’s receive His love in fresh measure, and allow His resurrection power to flow through us in new and amazing ways.

Dear Heavenly Father, amaze my heart today with the truth of these proclamations. Thank you for the hope that Easter brings to my heart. Fill me with Your Spirit, and let Your resurrection power flow through me. Help me to remember the power that is mine every day, and guide me into all You have planned for me to be and do. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
