Family discipleship should never be used to manipulate our children’s behavior. Instead, we must plead with the Lord for heart transformation, leading to a heart that delights in obedience to him. This requires a righteously stubborn persistence and gentle gracious patience to spiritually lead our families.

Raising disciples at home is not easy. Our children may resist or rebel against our instructions. However, we must not give up on the call of God to lead our families. With persistence and patience, we can fulfill our duty to disciple our children and teach them to follow Christ.
