Approaching God with Confidence
As a child of God, you have the privilege of coming to Him as a beloved family member, not a stranger. This means you can boldly make your requests known to Him, not because of your own accomplishments, but because of what Christ has achieved for you.
The Power of Jesus’ Sacrifice
Jesus shed His blood for you, giving you the freedom to pour out your heart before God. His sacrifice has earned you the right to approach God with confidence. In fact, Jesus said that if you have faith, you can command even the most daunting challenges to move out of your way (Mark 11:23).
What’s Your Mountain?
So, what is the mountain standing in your way? What challenge are you facing? Call out to God for help! While we can’t guarantee the outcome, we can trust that God will do what is best for us. He is committed to helping us overcome any force that seeks to drive us away from our Promised Land.
The Promise of Answered Prayer
In Matthew 7:7, Jesus made a remarkable promise: “Ask and it will be given to you.” These words are a reminder that prayer is not a futile exercise. We are not fighting a losing battle. On the contrary, we can call on God for great things and expect Him to respond.
A Battle Worth Fighting
Make no mistake, it is a battle. But with God on our side, we are not fighting in vain. We are part of a larger story, one in which God is working everything out for our good. So, don’t be afraid to ask big, to dream big, and to trust that God will do what is best.
