The Power of the Holy Spirit
Jesus’ final instructions to his disciples before ascending to heaven were to wait in Jerusalem for the promise of the Father, which would empower them to be his witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8).
