“Two Ministries, One Mission: A Historic Partnership in Gospel Proclamation”

A New Era in Gospel Ministry

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you! After months of careful consideration, Good News Publishers and the American Tract Society (ATS) have entered into a joint publishing agreement. This historic partnership brings together two ministries with a combined 261 years of proclaiming the gospel.

A Legacy of Sharing the Gospel

ATS was founded in 1825, during the second Great Awakening, to meet the growing need for gospel resources. Since then, it has been a pioneer in tract ministry. Good News Publishers began its tract ministry in 1938, amidst the Great Depression, and has grown to distribute over 16 million tracts annually.

Leaders React to the Partnership

ATS board chair, Bob Wudeck, expressed his gratitude for the partnership, saying, “It’s a delight to see how the Lord has brought our boards together in making this decision.” Dr. Lane Dennis, chair of the Good News board, echoed this sentiment, stating, “We’re honored to carry forward the historic ATS ministry and convinced of the significant role of our tract ministry in proclaiming the gospel.”

A Bright Future Ahead

This partnership is a testament to the power of collaboration in spreading the gospel. We’re grateful to authors like John Piper, Max Lucado, John MacArthur, and Kevin DeYoung, who have written excellent tracts for our ministry. As we look to the future, we pray that the Lord will bless this combined ministry, using it to bring people to faith and glorify His name.

The Impact of Tract Ministry

Our tract ministry has been a vital means of sharing the gospel with millions of people. With this new partnership, we’re excited to see how the Lord will use us to reach even more individuals and communities. As we move forward, we remain committed to proclaiming the gospel and trusting in its power to transform lives.
