**Find Inner Peace**

In the Eye of the Storm, Find Peace

As I reflect on the turbulent times we’re living in, I’m reminded of a timeless wisdom that has anchored me through life’s trials: “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10). These words, spoken by the Psalmist, hold a profound truth that can calm the most raging of storms.

When Jesus taught us to pray, He modeled reverence by saying, “Hallowed be Your name” (Matthew 6:9). This wasn’t a declaration, but a humble request: “Lord, take Your rightful place in my life. Be holy, be exalted, be glorified.” It’s an acknowledgment that we’re not in control, and that’s where true freedom lies.

The command to “be still” is often accompanied by a promise: when we quiet our minds and hearts, we’ll come to know God in a deeper way. It’s in these moments of stillness that we can experience His presence, His peace, and His power.

In a world that’s constantly in motion, it’s easy to get caught up in the chaos. But what if we took a step back, breathed deeply, and let God be God? What if we allowed Him to bathe us in His glory, calming our fears and soothing our souls?

As we navigate life’s storms, let’s remember to be still, to be quiet, and to be open. Let’s invite God to take center stage, to hallow His name in our lives, and to guide us through the turbulent waters. For when we do, we’ll discover a peace that surpasses understanding, a peace that can only come from knowing that He is God.
