**Waiting for Divine Intervention**

As we embark on the journey of faith, we’re met with the promise that the Spirit of the Lord will transform us into reflections of His divine nature. But what about those pesky everyday struggles that threaten to derail our progress? The cancelled meetings, misplaced documents, and unpredictable weather patterns that chip away at our serenity?

I recall a conversation with a friend, Carolyn, who was at her wit’s end after a series of frustrating events. She threw her hands up in exasperation, pleading with God, “Are you done yet?” In that moment, I wanted to remind her that God’s work in us is an ongoing process, refining us into the image of Christ. Instead, I chose to offer a comforting embrace and a listening ear.

When we surrender our lives to God’s loving plan, He commits to molding us into the likeness of His Son. The key is to maintain our focus on Him, even in the midst of turmoil. As we do, His grace flows through us, and our joy increases. It’s a spiritual discipline that requires trust and submission.

In the midst of life’s chaos, I’ve come to realize that God’s work in me is far from complete. I pray for the strength to yield to His plan, trusting that He’s shaping me into a masterpiece of His design. May we remember that God’s transformative power is at work in us, even in the most mundane moments.

Take a moment to reflect on how God has been at work in your life this week. How has He used the everyday challenges to draw you closer to Himself?
