Reflecting the Love of Jesus
As I go about my daily life, I often wonder: will others see Jesus in me? When they interact with me, will they hear His gentle whisper? When they’re struggling and need a helping hand, will I be able to show them the strength that only Jesus can provide?
Being the Hands and Feet of Jesus
If I’m truly His hands and feet, will others recognize it? If I reach out to them with love and compassion, will they sense that it’s not just me, but Jesus working through me? If I boldly demonstrate the love He’s shown me, will they be drawn to Him, wanting to experience the same transformative power in their own lives?
A Fragrance That Attracts
The love of Jesus is a fragrance that attracts people to Him. When we reflect His character, we become a sweet aroma that draws others to Him. So, I ask myself: do I exude the scent of Christ? Do my words, actions, and attitudes reflect His love and kindness? If they see Jesus in me, will they want to know Him more intimately?
The Power of Reflection
When we reflect the love of Jesus, we become a mirror that showcases His beauty and majesty. We become a conduit for His grace and mercy, and people are drawn to Him as a result. So, I pray that my life would be a reflection of Jesus, and that others would see Him in me, wanting to know Him more deeply as a result.
A Life That Points to Jesus
Ultimately, my goal is to point people to Jesus, not to myself. I want my life to be a beacon that shines brightly, illuminating the path to Him. If I can achieve that, then I’ll know that I’ve fulfilled my purpose, and that Jesus is using me to draw others to Himself.
