**Finding God’s Goodness in the Journey**

**Unveiling the Masterplan**

As I navigate life’s twists and turns, my gaze is often fixed on the present moment. It’s only when the storm subsides that I take a step back to reflect. And that’s when I’m struck by the unmistakable fingerprints of God’s goodness all over my journey.

Recently, I faced a daunting challenge when medical issues forced me to leave my home. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t find a new place that fit my budget and needs. It was then that a friend and I decided to pause and pray. Two blocks later, we stumbled upon a complex that seemed to appear out of nowhere. To our surprise, they had one apartment available, complete with a handicap ramp and parking space right at the front door. It was as if God had orchestrated every detail, knowing exactly when the previous tenant would be moving out.

What’s more, the rent was significantly lower than I had anticipated, answering another prayer in a time of financial struggle. It’s a powerful reminder that God’s goodness often precedes us, even when we’re not aware of it. We might catch a glimpse of it as we move forward, but it’s often in hindsight that we see it most clearly.

When we trust that God is working on our behalf, it brings us hope and comfort. No matter what challenges you’re facing, know that God is intimately aware of your situation and has a plan to guide you through it. All you need to do is pray and trust in His mercy and compassion.

**A Prayer of Trust**

Dear Heavenly Father, I confess that I often fail to recognize your presence in my life until after the fact. Forgive me for my lack of faith. Help me to trust in your goodness and provision, even when I can’t see what’s ahead. Give me the courage to pray and wait expectantly for your merciful intervention. Amen.
